Hi, I’m Liz – welcome, and thank you for visiting my page. I’m a qualified therapist, and a teacher of nearly 20 years, specialising in anxiety, stress-related issues and phobias. I work with children, teenagers, and adults using the powerful tools of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness to help you achieve your goals.

I offer online therapy, providing flexible, confidential support from the comfort of your home. Online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as face-to-face sessions.

For those preferring in-person appointments, I also welcome clients to my private therapy practice in Heysham Village, located just six miles from Lancaster and two miles from Morecambe. The practice is in a quiet, discreet location with unrestricted parking nearby and is easily accessible via public transport, with the 1 and 2X bus stop just a two-minute walk away.
My therapy practice in Heysham Village is set in a peaceful coastal location—perfect for enhancing your mental well-being. After your session, why not take advantage of the beautiful surroundings with a calming walk by the sea? Spending time in nature has been shown to reduce stress and support emotional healing—making it a valuable complement to your therapy experience.
